Joe Siwiak began his journey in the road construction industry when he joined Swank Sign Erection in 1987. His initial role as a supervisor allowed him to gain hands-on experience in the intricacies of construction projects. Joe’s commitment to excellence and keen eye for detail quickly became evident, leading to his transition into project management and scheduling. With five years of successful project management under his belt, his talents were further recognized, and he was promoted to the position of Estimator. Joe’s ability to accurately assess project requirements and costs proved invaluable to the team, and over time, his dedication and expertise led him to rise through the ranks, eventually earning him the title of Lead Estimator. In 2004, Joe brought his experience and skills to B&K Enterprises. Here, he assumed the pivotal role of Chief Estimator and continued to make significant contributions to the company’s success. Throughout his illustrious career, Joe has been a driving force in the road construction field, demonstrating unwavering commitment to quality, meticulous planning, and accurate estimating.
