We’re starting off the year with safety in mind, kicking off our 8-week Winter Training program on January 8th. The program is designed to equip our road and yard crews with the necessary skills to excel in their roles and this year we invited Dimensional Products and RoadBlock Solutions to conduct training on the TAU attenuator units with our foremen. This interactive session provided valuable insights and knowledge on the proper usage and maintenance of these essential units.
In addition to the core training, we had the pleasure of bringing in the General Manager and Operations Manager from Peninsula Construction based in Niagara, Ontario. They conducted a session on how to handle slinging our barrier wall and perform scissor inspections. Our Lead Superintendent also arranged for them to visit Kenco directly, who manufactures all the scissors we use.
Working with Dimensional Products, RoadBlock Solutions, and Peninsula Construction shows the strong inter-company collaboration we strive for as part of RSG International. This partnership and knowledge-sharing contribute to our collective growth and success.
