B&K Enterprises conducted its annual Summer Safety Meeting on June 30th, 2023. We host two essential mandatory safety meetings during the summer and fall, along with comprehensive winter training held from January to March each year. These meetings serve the dual purpose of maintaining a focus on safety and ensuring that fundamental principles are consistently reviewed to prevent complacency.
This year, we added an element of fun by incorporating an obstacle course into our safety standards practice. The event was attended by all employees, and the feedback regarding this year’s format was overwhelmingly positive.
