We want to spotlight two valuable members of our road crew: Phillip Lambing and John Zometsky.
Phillip Lambing, a union laborer who has been with us for over a year, is an important part of our daily operations on the highways. Phil starts his day early, preparing materials and making sure everything is in place for the day, which range from setting walls to drilling and pinning.
Phil stresses the importance of road safety and expresses concern over distracted drivers, advocating for increased awareness and responsibility among motorists.
John Zometsky is a foreman for B&K Enterprises, having spent approximately 14 years in highway construction. John’s day is structured around leadership and strategic planning, setting up his team for success. He makes sure that everyone is clear on their tasks for the day with pre-job briefings and positions team members where they can excel to maximize safety and productivity.
Both Phil and John exemplify the core values of B&K Enterprises through their exemplary work ethics and their commitment to leading by example in the field of highway construction. We are proud to have Phil and John as part of our team as they continue their work at B&K Enterprises.
